WOOHOO! It is Friday so let’s get our Happy Fix on!
I met Stacy from Happy Fix (yes it is really an AWESOME company) during a recent virtual workshop. I loved the concept of her company along with their products. Here is her story:
“I need a Happy Fix®!” You may have heard or even said this at some point in your life. So what exactly is a Happy Fix? A formal definition doesn’t exist. Why? A Happy Fix is something personal. It varies according to who you are.
To me, Happy Fix is my Happy Fix. I started this company to make the world a better place. Idealistic? Yes. But I am here and passionate about helping people make changes, temporary or permanent, to make their lives better.
Some of us live in a good place. We are generally optimistic. We see the good in people, events and things that surround us. For us a Happy Fix is something that makes a good life even better. Who doesn’t love that first cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine with good friends? It may be pulling yourself out of a cruddy moment by throwing on a favorite t-shirt and going for a run. Maybe it’s buying a gift or sending a card to someone who needs a Happy Fix.
For others, life is tough. We get that. Bad things happen to good people. You didn’t win the family lottery. You work in a job that’s not what you love. It’s okay. A Happy Fix for you may require hard work and permanent changes to your life. You may be looking at a new career. You may need to find ways to meet people. We are here to support that and to let you know that you can do this.
I am a product of this philosophy. Happy Fix evolved from a desire to be in control of my own destiny and do something positive in people’s lives. I wanted to actively do something to help people embrace the good that exists in the world and to share that with others. Those who spread Happy Fix are our loyal Happbassadors, our community members who feel as passionately as we do about making the world a better place. We would love for you to join us!
Hit the reset button on happiness with Happy Fix®. Their mission is to help you get your Happy Fix. Our products, social media, and events inspire people to use positive thinking and focused action to live the happiest life possible because Happy Feels Good™!
I know, it’s a great catch phrase, but don’t take our word for it: experts at the National Institutes of Health, Harvard University, and the Mayo Clinic correlate happiness to better health, with data showing that positive mood and optimism are linked to better health and well-being.
So check out their website and get your Happy Fix!
Have a ThirtyOne-derful day!
