Last weekend I was at a vendor event in Farmingdale where I met the wonderful Holly Hindin, owner of Holly Jolly Jams. OMG! These jams and jellies are AMAZING. She had one of every flavor on display of the available flavors. Good thing I wasn’t close to her or I would have been eating jam and crackers the whole day! I loved that I could try any of the available flavors. How many times have you bought something because of the name and then didn’t like it. I see a lot of nodding heads out there….
Holly Jolly Jams are homemade in small batches with a low-sugar recipe, using only the freshest ingredients, hand-picked or locally purchased when available.
I tried many of the flavors and let me tell you that it was difficult to pick just 3. I started with the idea that I would get a Blueberry Jam for hubby – his favorite. Then I found the Mango Jam which has become my all time favorite. I was intrigued by Cowboy Candy. Hubby thought it was just a relish when I brought it home and wanted to try it. I warned him against it because it is HOT which I love. Jalepeno peppers mixed with lots of other goodies for the perfect topping to a bland veggie burger. I can’t wait to share it.
