Santa Bundle Challenge

Are you starting to stress about holiday shopping?  Are you worried about your holiday budget?  I have a solution for you….

Check out these FOUR bundles available for a limited time…. You may be wondering why it is a challenge, right?  I’m not one for usually sharing about challenges but Thirty One’s Home Office has challenged us to sell 10 of these AMAZING bundles by December 11th.  Do you think I can do it?

Bundle #1 features our BIGGEST seller, the large utility tote.  A great gift for anyone on your holiday list.  Uses range from grocery shopping, to the beach, to organizing the car or storage.  The Littles Carry Alls are so much cuter than a gift bag.  Add some homemade treats or a gift card and you have the perfect gift.

Bundle #2 is for the traveler on your list or maybe a dancer or cheerleader. The Hanging Traveler Case will hold full size bottles standing up to eliminate spilling.  Some have used it to carry their Bible or planner with their iPad.  The Glamour Case will hold your make-up or maybe those essential oils you need when traveling.  The Mini Zipper Pouch has so many uses – make-up, first aid kit, epi pen holder and the list goes on.  Easy for kids to carry their “stuff” in too.

Bundle #3 features our personalization options.  Did you know 90% of Thirty One’s products can be personalized?  Perfect for those who have unusual names or different spellings for every day names.  Our Canvas Pillow Cover is a great way to celebrate the holidays or as a gift for a new home owner.  This bundle combined with the Littles Carry All and the Mini Zipper Pouch for a total of THREE personalized presents for one great price.

Bundle #4 is my favorite.  We all know a “girl on the go” whether it is a college student getting ready to graduate, a career women, a business owner or a mom.  This is a great set given together but can also be broken up into 3 great gifts.  The Around Town Tote is one of my go-to bags.  This classy bag has lots of room while looking fashionable.  Add the Savvy Sleeve to hold files, up to a 15″ laptop or iPad and planner.  A nice gift for the man on your list who juggles a lot of papers on the road.  The Super Swap It Pocket is the big sister of our Swap It Pocket.  The larger version has handles which allows it to be used on its own.  Organize files, a mini diaper bag for the car, a Bible case, a snack bag or even a purse.

These four bundles are available for a limited time only.  To place your order, CLICK HERE. Need help with your order, feel free to text me at 609-457-4249 or send an email to HopeWs31@gmail.com

Don’t let stressing over holiday gifts ruin your holiday spirit….

Saturday Spotlight: HARVEST

Today’s spotlight is on a local restaurant we stumbled upon in our search for a restaurant with grass feed beef for a good burger.  Thank you YELP for your help.  LOL!

HARVEST Local Seasonal Cuisine is a full service restaurant offering both lunch and dinner. Their focus is preparing wholesome food, from local farmers, bakers and provayers while offering gluten free and healthy meals.

From the minute we walked in, we knew we were going to love it!  The wall was filed with chalkboards listing some of their local farm suppliers.  We knew some of the names and I was excited to know gluten free options were available.

Our waitress (unfortunately, I forget her name) was super friendly and helpful.  She chatted about the daily specials and then left us to scour the menu.  It was easy for hubby – he wanted a burger.  I on the other hand wanted to try so many different things I had a hard time deciding.  When our waitress saw me struggling, she came back to try and help. They did not have gluten free bread but she offered an option for the burger of turning it into a salad with fresh kale and spinach.  I jumped at it and I am so glad I did.  Both burgers were cooked to perfection.  The greens were fresh and the plate looked amazing.  Yup, I forgot to take a picture of mine but here is hubby’s

We were early for the usual lunch crowd but the waitress explained reservations are usually needed for both lunch and dinner.  There is limited seating and they get busy.  They are closed on Mondays too.  They offer full service casual dining between the hours of 11am and 9 pm.

You can find their menu and online food ordering at www.mkt.com/Harvest2go This site was created to serve their busy customers durring their hectic lunch hours (10:30am-5pm). Order your favorite HARVEST meal online.  You can pick up your order at 83 Main St in Farmingdale, it is that simple!

HARVEST LSC menu  was updated this week with some of our Autumn classics.

Product Review: Midway Hobo

Letting customers Product Test your products is AMAZING!  I usually pick about 6 products I want to share.  I have my customers fill out the form and then select those who will be testers.  If you CLICK HERE, you can enter the next round of product testing which will take place in October.

Let me tell you about Kacie... she is a regular customer who is a Younique consultant and a stay at home mom.  I love when she reviews her own product so I couldn’t wait to see what she had to say about the Midway Hobo.  She LOVES cross body bags since she has two little ones who keep her busy.  Here is the what she had to say….

Hope let me test out the Midway Hobo this week! She sent me the Caramel Charm colorway, which matched pretty well with all the photos I’ve seen of it online and in the catalog. If anything, the caramel shade leans slightly more toward orange instead of brown, but it is still a beautiful color for Fall! I really like that I could get one to match my All About the Benjamins wallet if I wanted.

This thing is HUGE! But it’s also not! 🙂 It was large enough to carry around all the things I normally carry with me in a purse (and it fits the Swap-it Pocket!) but the overall size was still smaller than your average tote bag, meaning it wasn’t too bulky to carry around shopping. It’s the perfect size for a mom purse! I could easily throw in a change of clothes for my preschooler, eliminating the need to carry a separate diaper bag. I really liked the exterior cell phone pocket. It held my Google Pixel (which could also fit inside the interior slip pockets) and it felt secure enough that I didn’t need to worry about it falling out. It’s a fairly large phone, so I’m surprised that it fit. There’s a great interior zipped pocket that I really liked too. I put my Kindle Fire inside and it only took up half the pocket. That’s how roomy it is!

And now my personal deal breaker; the strap. If this bag had an adjustable cross-body length strap I would probably own it in every color. I love the pockets and the space it provides. The material the bag is made of lends itself to easy cleaning and great stain resistance (I LOVE the fact that pet hair doesn’t stick to it!) but it’s also a tad slippery. If you’re able to hold the bag against your body or “catch” it with one hand while you’re walking, this is no big deal. Unfortunately, I’m a mom with 2 young kids, so I’m constantly reaching for little hands to cross a parking lot, or bending over to pick up something they dropped on the floor, or just needing the use of BOTH my hands in general. I couldn’t keep this on my shoulder without holding on to it. The constant slipping was driving me crazy. I found myself flipping the strap upside down so the side with the decorative stitching was facing my shoulder. This gave me some extra “grip”, but it wasn’t enough to hold the strap in place. On the very rare occasion I was out running errands by myself this bag was awesome, but it’s not something I can carry around all the time.

Overall, I recommend this bag. It’s a great design, with plenty of space, and it comes in some gorgeous colors. You just need to decide if your life can keep up with the shorter strap length.

Thank you Kacie for this AWESOME review.  Kacie said “I wish there wish the Cafe Crossbody and the Midway Hobo had a baby – the combination of the two bags would be AMAZING!”.  Definitely a suggestion for Thirty One Voice of the Customer.  Who knows, this could be a new bag.

Be sure to check out Kacie’s Facebook page so we can share the love.

Have a ThirtyOne-derful day!

Saturday Spotlight: Pink Zebra

Happy Saturday!!!  I used to be a candle burner but I never felt like I could smell the candles throughout the house or even in the “open” living room area.  I got an electric warmer and have tried endless ways to increase the clean fresh smell in the same space.  I stumbled across Pink Zebra (lovingly called PZ) and fell in love.  I was able to create my own scent combinations for each room.  My warmer in the bedroom focuses on relaxation.  The warmer in the living room is more a clean fresh scent.  Then you go down to the “office area” and you will find a clean scent with the help of the naked reeds and some soaks.

Lori and I connected from the start.  It could be the fact she used to be a “crazy bag lady” but then found her passion with PZ.  Here is her story…

My name is Lori Sharkey, Independent Consultant/Executive Manager with Pink Zebra. Pink Zebra is an amazing company offering a fun twist on home fragrance and décor. I’ve been a part of the company since 2013, and can go on for pages about each of our products!

Our flagship product, Sprinkles, are scented soy pieces you can use in our fun, decorative warmers. But, the best part, or most innovative fact about our Sprinkles is they can be mixed and matched to create a completely custom fragrance unique to you and your space. That’s kind of what we’re about: making things, “uniquely yours.”

Sprinkles can be used in our line of Simmer Pots, my personal FAVORITE, and in our Simmering Lights! Again, helping you create something custom and unique to you, Simmering Lights allow you to add a decorative Shade. There’s something beautiful for everyone to enjoy in your home spaces!

In addition to Sprinkles, we have a line of Soaks! Soaks are scented liquids you can use on any of our products from Naked Reeds to our own line of “soakable,” jewelry! It is so much fun! Soaks also allow you to take your fragrance “on-the-go,” with Go-Cards or Clip-It’s to use in your car along with Hang-It’s and Woolies for spaces like your work desk or other small spaces. There truly are so many options!

My favorite part of what I do is watching people take a whiff of any of our 55+ fragrances and recreating a fond memory. Science has shown us scents can bring us back to a place we loved as a child, influence our mood, and even help us focus and work performance so I’d love a chance to help you find the perfect fragrance for you!

Be sure to check Lori out on Facebook at PZ with Lori or on her PZ website to see all of the amazing products.

Have a ThirtyOne-derful day!

Cinchshare for Consistency

Do you long to be consistent in your postings on social media?  Are you crazy busy and despite your best efforts, you never seem to have time to post on social media?  Would you love to be able to interact with your customers during a Facebook party and NOT have to worry about posting at the same time?

I was one of those people……

When I got onto Facebook or Pinterest, I would spend hours.  I always said it was for business but it never really produced any income.  I love the fact with Cinchshare I can post to Facebook and Pinterest on a consistent basis WITHOUT opening either website? Think it is impossible? Well, welcome to Cinchshare...

Cinchshare has given me time – time to work on more income producing activities; time to connect with customers during Facebook parties, and most importantly time with family. Sound to good to be true, right?

I designate about 2 hours per week, usually on a Sunday night, planning my week of posts to Facebook. This includes my team page, my VIP customer page, my business page and sometimes even my personal page. How can I do it in two hours or less? I recycle posts previous posts, I use saved posts I saw during the week and I sometimes create my own with Cava right in Cinchshare.  I don’t troll the endless posts on Facebook to see what I want to post. My posts are intentional and designed to create conversations. I am technically challenged so if I can use Cinchshare – anyone can!

At any given time, in addition to my regular daily posts, I could have up to  5 Facebook parties going on. It was becoming an all consuming task and left little office time for anything else. I tried the FREE posting programs which were okay but they had a lot of glitches. I have tried many of the other paid posting programs BUT CinchShare is the one  I LOVE.

Are you on Pinterest? You can use Cinchshare to post on Pinterest as well. No need to just copy and “pin” others posts to your boards. Create your own so they are pinning you!

For a mere $10 a month or $100 a year, you can get started. In fact, you can get a FREE trial for 37 days, too. You simply click Cinchshare and use the code CSFREE. It is so easy to get started. The videos will walk you through step by step so that you can post to ANY Facebook page where you are the Administrator or the host. There are so many great features including linking videos, batch posting and importing Facebook pictures. Give it a try…you will NEVER go back to posting on you own.

Have you tried CinchShare? If so, what is your favorite feature? If not, what are you waiting for?

Have a ThirtyOne-derful day!
